RISTAURANT
The
Interporto restaurant, located inside the hotel, offers international
cuisine specialties as well as Italian dishes. All within a refined,
informal atmosphere and the highest professional service capable
of providing banquet and wedding reception services for up to 300
people and yet continue to attend to our hotel guest’s needs.
Our
restaurant menu varies in order to meet each unique desire, from
a quick meal buffet style, to flavorful antipasti, or a work-related
business brunch, and even delicious candlelight dinners in which
to delight on dishes prepared like a work of art. Whether meat,
fish, or vegetarian, the gastronomic itinerary changes with the
advice of our expert Maître d'Hôtel.
The
best chefs are at our client’s disposal to celebrate renowned
Piedmont cuisine and genuine local food products. First course dishes
like “agnolotti del Plin alla piemontese” and “risotto
al Ristretto di Barolo” are accompanied by specialties like
“bollito misto piemontese” ; without forgetting the
40 antipasti that enrich the buffet. Our cheese products coming
from valley cheese factories are served along side numerous and
renowned regional wines from our wine cellar: il Barolo, il Barbera,
and il Moscato d’Asti.
