The 12 conference rooms spread over several floors of Hotel Interporto offers the opportunity to organize from simple business gatherings within a small conference room, to large banquets and meetings in which hundreds of people participate in a spacious environment. The conference room structures vary in order to adapt to almost any type of event. From the Rododendro conference room whose large dimentions at 25m in length and 300sqm in size, makes it the ideal place to host cocktails, social dinners and banquets for more than 500 people. Whereas the discreet Ciclamino conference room, having only 26sqm of elegant floor space, makes it the perfect setting for small meetings and seminars.

In addition to the exhibition requirements, guests can make use of audio and video equipment, technical support, image and overhead projectors, and wireless connection. Catering, coffee break, and buffet service is also available, supporting every type of exhibitions.
